Our Fee Structure: Fair, Transparent, and Mission-Driven
At St. Joseph Catholic Search, we offer a straightforward and affordable pricing model:
15% of the candidate’s first-year salary which is significantly lower than the industry standard of 25–30%.
Our fee is divided into three equal parts:
1/3 due at the start of the search
1/3 upon presentation of the candidate shortlist
1/3 upon successful hire
We also do not require a minimum salary level. Whether you're hiring for a diocesan leadership role, school administration, youth ministry, parish staff, or even facilities and maintenance teams, we're here to help.

Inspired by Scripture, we believe in giving freely as we have freely received (Luke 3:11, James 2:16, Matthew 24:35). That means no parish or diocese will be turned away due to budget limitations. If your parish cannot afford the full 15% fee, we will work with you to ensure you still receive the support you need—at a level that fits your resources.
