Bryan has spent his entire adult life serving others. Whether through ministry, hospitality, or leadership. His journey has taken him from directing youth ministry and serving as a pastoral associate, to becoming a candidate for the permanent Diaconate. Along the way, he’s also worked as an HR director and senior recruiter in the healthcare industry, and spent several years as a sommelier in some of the world’s top restaurants.
No matter the role, one thing has always remained constant: his passion for connecting with people.
“The interview process is my favorite part,” Bryan shares. “It combines everything I loved about ministry and fine dining—listening to people’s stories, discovering what drives them, and engaging in meaningful conversations.”
Today, Bryan lives in Summerville, South Carolina with his amazing wife Tiffany and their six incredibly talented children. Together, they’re building a life centered on faith, family, and authentic connection.
